Due to a large water line break in the Herman Smither area several of our customers on Owenton Rd, Steele Branch Road, Herman Smither, US 127 N and Wright Road may be without water. If you are without water you are now under a Boil Water Advisory.
Once water is restored you will have to boil water that is used for drinking or cooking for 3 full minutes.
Customers will be contacted when the boil water advisory is lifted, and our website and Facebook page will be updated. Several other customer may be experiencing low water pressure. When the water line break has been repaired you water pressure should get back to normal. You do not have to boil water if you have low water pressure.
