Public Notice:
Under the provision of KRS 61.823, the Peaks Mill Water District (District) will conduct a
Special Board meeting on August 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM EST at the District’s office at 7165
US 127 North, Franklin County, Kentucky. The purpose of the meeting will be to review a
funding application to the KY WWATERS Program and adopt a resolution to submit the
funding application to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to replace meters in the
District’s water system.

11:00 AM EST, Friday August 30, 2024
1. Open Board meeting, confirm quorum.
2. Review KY WWATERS Application.
3. Adopt Resolution to submit KY WWATERS Application to the Kentucky Infrastructure
Authority.
4. Adjourn.
